Situated right at the end of the drive, Eagle lodges the most secluded of all our cabins and has easy access into beautiful Spittal Wood. Perfect for long walks with your furry friend and spending time in nature. This cosy Scandinavian log cabin sleeps six in one king size bed and four singles. The king bedroom has a cosy en-suite with bath under the eaves, and a private balcony perfect for a relaxing morning coffee with a book while the Highland coos chomp away in the field below. The two twin rooms, one upstairs and one down, are great for kids or a couple of friends, with fun cushions and a wee library of interesting Scottish books and bedtime stories for the little ones. A cot and high chair are available on request too. There’s another bathroom downstairs with a bath and shower and plenty of room in the hallway for muddy boots and coats. A compact beech wood kitchen has all you need for a home made dinner and the living room has Netflix, comfy leather sofas and a cracking wood burning stove. Outside, the private garden has a deck with outdoor dining table, charcoal BBQ and a fire pit to toast your toes on chilly evenings. Eagle lodge is pet friendly and dogs will be welcomed with a few treats too. Outside there is a sheltered dining table on the deck, charcoal BBQ and fire pit.
Wonderful for crisp winter walks, or spotting red squirrels, pine martins and the resident roe deer. You can also walk through the forest via a disused railway line all the way to our closest village, Muir of Ord.
